Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Pet Pawsome Finds! We are committed to delivering your pet's favorite gear safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Estimates (United States)
We proudly ship to customers across the United States. Our estimated delivery times are:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 48 to 72 hours. You can easily track your package directly through our website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pet Pawsome Finds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Return & Exchange Policy
At Pet Pawsome Finds, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you and your pet to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact our support team first to receive the correct return instructions and address.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at petpawsomefinds.help@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
